Simple, Scalable Pricing
Pay per robot, per month. Start with a pilot to validate your use case, then scale as your fleet grows — no vendor lock-in, no surprise fees.
Your cost grows only when your fleet does.
How Pricing Works
Rover Nexus is licensed per robot. Every enrolled robot is a licensed seat — add robots as you grow, remove them when they retire.
Per Robot, Per Month
Pay for each robot under management. Cost scales naturally with your fleet — nothing more, nothing less.
Tiered by What You Need
The per-robot rate scales with data and history retention length and API access volume for production integrations.
Shaped by Your Deployment
Final pricing reflects fleet size, deployment model, and the level of support and service commitments your operations require.
Two Ways to Get Started
Most customers start with a pilot to prove out their use case, then move to a production plan as they scale.
Pilot
Evaluate Rover Nexus on a small fleet
- All core platform capabilities
- Direct robot-integration support
- Platform onboarding guidance
- Guided evaluation program
- Path to production pricing
Production / Enterprise
Day-to-day fleet operations at scale
- All core platform capabilities
- Extended data & history retention
- Production API access at higher volumes
- Defined support SLAs and response targets

Data & History Retention
How much telemetry, mission history, and operational data you keep — and for how long. Higher tiers retain more.
API Access
Programmatic access to fleet data and controls. Production tiers include higher request volumes for live integrations.
Support & SLA
Support hours, response-time targets, and service-level commitments — defined per plan and shared at quote.
Core Platform — Included in Every Plan
Every Rover Nexus plan gives you the full operational platform. Plans differ only in retention depth, API limits, and support terms.
Fleet monitoring and real-time telemetry
Mission and operation planning in PathLab
Scheduling, coverage path planning, and map data
Teleoperation
Organizations, roles, and audit logging
Vendor-agnostic integration via ROS2, REST API, and custom adapters
Support Built for Real Operations
Every pilot includes direct robot-integration and platform support. Production plans add defined response-time targets and SLA commitments.
Documentation
Comprehensive self-service docs covering setup, integration, operations, and troubleshooting. Always available.
Email Support
Reach the team at [email protected] for questions, issues, and integration help. Hours defined per plan.
Onboarding Assistance
Hands-on support for robot integration and platform setup is included in every pilot program to get you running quickly.
Service-Level Targets
Availability and response-time targets defined by severity are included with production and enterprise plans, shared at quote.
Licensing
Rover Nexus is commercial software. The cloud platform is
a hosted service. The robot agent that runs on each enrolled
robot is proprietary software licensed for use with Rover
Nexus. Full agreement terms — including acceptable-use
expectations, grant of use, and component details — are
provided with your agreement.
