Auditing
Review a record of what happened in a fleet — who did what, and when. For Owners, Admins, and Fleet Managers.
Rover Nexus keeps an audit log for each fleet. It records the meaningful actions members and connected robots take, so you can answer questions like "who dispatched that mission?" or "when was this robot added?"
What's recorded
The audit log captures actions such as:
- Creating or changing a fleet
- Adding or removing a robot
- Assigning or dispatching a mission
- Deploying features (boundaries, routes, zones) to robots
- Permission and sharing changes
- Teleoperation sessions
Each entry typically shows who performed the action, what they did, the robot or item involved, and when it happened. For the full set of columns shown in the app, see the Audit Log panel.
Review the audit log
- Open the fleet in the Fleet Manager web app.
- Open the Audit Log for that fleet.
- Browse the entries, most recent first.
The log is per fleet — open each fleet's log to see its activity. Entries are read-only; they reflect what occurred and cannot be edited or deleted from the app.
