Problem First things to check Where to look
Robot shows offline Power and network connectivity; the agent service is running; the robot was enrolled successfully. Health Monitoring, Robot Monitoring
Enrollment fails The bootstrap token is valid and unused (tokens are single-use and expire); the robot can reach the cloud; the install steps completed. Enrollment, Installation
No video in teleop The robot is online; a camera is configured and detected; you started a session recently (teleop tokens are short-lived — reopen the session). Teleoperation Setup, Video Streaming, Cameras
Mission won't dispatch The target robot is online and accepting missions; it has the required capabilities; mission prerequisites (battery/fuel/GPS) are met. Dispatch a Mission, Mission Runs
Permission denied / can't see a fleet Your organization and fleet roles; whether the fleet was shared with your org and whether that share has expired. Roles and Permissions, Fleet Access
A command didn't take effect Whether the action was rejected or timed out; review the recorded action. Auditing, Alerts Inbox
