Invitations
Invite people to your organization by email and manage pending invites. For Owners and Admins.
You add members by sending an invitation rather than creating accounts for them. Each invitation carries the roles the person will have once they join.
Send an invitation
- Open the Members page and choose Invite.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Choose their organization role — Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer.
- Choose their intended default fleet role — Manager, Planner, Operator, or Viewer. This becomes the role they have on every fleet your organization can access, unless you later set a per-fleet override. See how fleet access is decided.
- Send the invitation.
The person receives an email with a link to accept. See Roles and Permissions for what each role can do.
The accept flow
The invitee opens the link and accepts to join your organization. If they don't already have a Rover Nexus account, they create one first. Once they accept, they appear as an active member on the Members page with the roles you selected.

Manage pending invitations
Invitations that haven't been accepted appear as pending on the Members page. For each pending invite you can:
- Resend — send the invitation email again, for example if it was missed or expired.
- Revoke — cancel the invitation so the link no longer works.
A pending invitation grants no access until it is accepted.
