Deploy Features to a Robot
Goal: Push your draft map features and layers to the robots so they can use them.
Before you begin
- You have one or more draft features (boundaries, coverage paths, routes, or zones). See Draw a boundary and Plan a coverage path.
- You need permission to deploy features to the fleet (typically Fleet Planner or Fleet Manager).
Steps
- In the top navigation, click PathLab.
- On the toolbar, click Features to open the panel. Layers are color-coded: unsaved, draft, and deployed.
- To deploy a single layer, click Deploy on that layer's row.
- To deploy everything at once, click Deploy All.
- Wait for each layer to show its deployed state. Deployed layers are no longer highlighted as drafts.
!!! tip To discard unsaved work, click Clear Temporary Targets. This removes layers that haven't been saved or deployed.
