Make Operation

The New Operation item in the map overlay bar's Create menu opens the operation designer, where you build a multi-step operation (a haul job, a series of routes, a charge/refuel round, a field-coverage job, or a custom build) and assign the robots that run it.

Once built, an operation appears in the Operations Panel.
